Sharing a board with a collaborator
Turn on a public link anyone can view, or invite specific people by email to view or edit one board.
Open the board and click the Share icon at the right end of its bottom toolbar. Set General access to Anyone can view, then click Copy link. Or type an email to invite one person.

Open the Share menu
Open the board and click the Share icon at the right end of the board's bottom toolbar.

Make it public
Under General access, pick Anyone can view or Anyone can comment.

Copy the link
Click Copy link and paste it anywhere. The button stays grayed out while the board is Private.
Pick a level

| Anyone can comment | Same as view, and signed-in visitors can comment on the board and its items. See comments. |
There is no public edit level for boards. To let someone edit, invite them by email.
Invite someone to view or edit
At the top of the Share menu, type their email, pick Can view or Can edit, and click Invite. They get an email with a link. Full steps are in inviting people.
Invited people only see this board. They can't share it with anyone else.
Let people copy it as a template
Anyone who opens your public link sees a Duplicate button at the top right. It copies the board into their own workspace. Your original never changes.
If you have a referral link, Eden adds it to the links you copy. The Share menu tells you when it's on. See the referrals dashboard.
Inviting people to a note, board, or table
Share one note, board, or table with specific people by email, as a viewer or an editor. Invites are free and don't use a seat.

Share one note or table without sharing the board it lives on. Make it public, or invite people by email.
Team and private boards
In a workspace with more than one member, Private boards stay yours and Team boards are shared. Control who can view, edit, or even see each Team board.
