Sharing a single item
Share one note or table without sharing the board it lives on. Make it public, or invite people by email.
Open the note or table and click the Share icon in its top bar. Under General access, pick Anyone with the link can view, then click Copy link. Only that one item is shared.

Open the item
Open the note or table from a board or your Library.

Click Share
Click the Share icon in the item's top bar.

Pick who can open it
Under General access, pick a level (see below), then click Copy link.
To share with specific people instead, type their email at the top of the same menu. See inviting people.

- Anyone can still read without signing in. Commenting and editing need an account, so every change has a name on it.
- On a table, public editors change rows and cells. Columns, views, and the table's name stay with your workspace.
- When someone outside your workspace comments, workspace owners get one summary email, not one per comment.
Take access back
Switch General access back to Private. Edits people already made stay. Earlier copies of a note are in version history.
Share a saved social post
Right-click a saved post on a board and choose Share public link.
Send it to a community
If you're in a community, right-click a board, table, note, or saved post and pick Share to community (in some menus it's under Share). It works from boards, your Library, the sidebar, and Discover.

Pick the channel
Pick the community, then a channel you can post in.

Add a message
Type a message to go with it, or leave it empty.

Send
Click Send. Boards, tables, and notes turn on their view link, so anyone in the channel can open and duplicate them.

Share one note, board, or table with specific people by email, as a viewer or an editor. Invites are free and don't use a seat.
Comments on notes and items
Leave threaded comments on any item, a passage in a note, a table cell, or a board, and let people with a share link comment without editing.
