Chat with a board

Point Eden's chat at a board or a few saved items and use them as source material for your next post.

Open a board and click Chat in the toolbar at the bottom. A chat opens beside the board with the whole board attached. Or type @ in any chat to attach specific items.

Start a chat about a board

    Open the board

    Open the board that holds your source material.

    Click Chat

    Click Chat (the speech bubble) in the bottom toolbar. You can also right-click a board in the sidebar and choose Chat with.

    Ask your question

    The board is attached to the chat. Ask what you want to know or make.

If you're filtered to one section of the board, the chat reads only that section.

Attach specific items instead

Type @ in the composer and pick a board, note, card, file, or saved post. You can mix sources, like one board plus three posts from another. There's also a Creators tab for creators you track.

To keep sources attached for the whole chat, add them in the chat sidebar.

Questions that work well

  • Find the patterns. "Which hook structures repeat across these posts?"
  • Get options. "Give me 10 hooks on my topic, modeled on this board."
  • Outline. "Turn this research into an outline for a newsletter."
  • Stress-test a draft. Paste your draft and ask which lines are weakest.

Tips

  • Curate first. 15 strong items beat 100 mixed ones.
  • Name the audience. "For creators under 10k followers" beats "make it engaging."
  • Follow up. The third answer is usually better than the first.
  • Rewrite in your voice. Treat drafts as a starting point, not the post.
