Publish the product
Only a live product can be listed. Finish the Publish step first.
- 02
Turn on the listing
Under Eden Marketplace, turn on List on Eden Marketplace and pick a Category.
- 03
Wait for review
The badge says In review. Eden checks every listing and emails you when it's approved.
What a listing needs
| Needs | Why |
|---|---|
| The product is live | Drafts can't be listed |
| A cover image and a tagline | They make the card buyers see |
| A description of at least 150 characters | Buyers need to know what it is |
| A category | Where buyers find it |
| Eden checkout and Stripe (paid products) | Eden's fee is taken on that payment |
Each line shows a tick in the editor once it's done.
Fees
- Sales that come from the marketplace pay a 10% Eden fee instead of 5%.
- On a membership, only the first payment pays 10%. Renewals go back to 5%.
- Every other sale stays at 5%.
Where buyers see it
- On the public marketplace at eden.so/marketplace.
- In Explore in the store sidebar, for anyone signed in to Eden.
Price and page edits go live without another review. If a listing isn't approved, the editor says why. Fix it, then turn the listing on again.
