Set a Custom AI as your writing voice

Pick a Custom AI built from your writing and every chat you start drafts in its style.

Go to Settings → Personalization, open Your writing voice, and pick a Custom AI. Every chat you start in that workspace now drafts in its style.

Build a voice and turn it on

    Start the builder

    In Settings → Personalization, under Writing voice, click Build a voice. A builder chat opens.

    Give it your writing

    Paste a few strong samples, @ mention notes in your workspace, or name a creator to study. A few good pieces beat a big mixed pile.

  3. 03

    Check and save

    Eden turns the samples into style rules. Fix anything that sounds off, then approve the save.

    Pick it

    Back in Settings → Personalization, pick the new Custom AI under Your writing voice. It saves right away.

You can also open the Custom AI, go to Configure, and turn on Your writing voice. Both do the same thing.

What it changes

  • Plain Eden chats, chats with other Custom AIs, and skills all use the voice's style.
  • What you ask for still comes first. A formal memo stays formal.
  • It only affects chats you start. Teammates keep their own settings.
  • It only works in the workspace that holds the Custom AI.

If your Custom AI isn't in the list

The list only shows active Custom AIs in this workspace that you built or copied. Custom AIs you bought or installed from the marketplace, and digital downloads, don't show.
