Add buyers to your email list with Make

Make a scenario with a Webhooks → Custom webhook module, paste its URL into your store's Integrations tab, then add a module for your email tool. Works on Make's free plan.

Set it up

  1. 01

    Catch the webhook

    In Make, create a scenario. Add Webhooks → Custom webhook, click Add, name it, and save. Copy the address it shows.

  2. 02

    Paste it into Eden

    In your store, open Integrations, paste the URL, and click Save and turn on. You can ignore the signing secret.

  3. 03

    Send a test

    Claim or buy one of your products with a different email. Make shows Successfully determined.

  4. 04

    Keep only purchases

    Add a filter after the webhook: event equal to purchase.created. Without it, a refund adds the buyer again.

  5. 05

    Add the buyer to your list

    Add your email tool's module. Map buyerEmail to the email and productTitle to a tag. Set the scenario to run Immediately and turn it on.

To act on refunds, add a Router with a second route filtered on purchase.refunded.

If nothing arrives

  • Check the URL in Eden matches Make's exactly.
  • If the webhook says Not determined, send a fresh test sale or click Redetermine data structure.
  • Make sure the scenario is on and set to run Immediately.
