Add buyers to your email list with Zapier

Catch Eden's purchase webhook in a Zap and add each buyer to Mailchimp, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, or any list Zapier supports.

Make a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook, paste its URL into your store's Integrations tab, then add a step for your email tool. Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan.

Set it up

  1. 01

    Catch the webhook

    In Zapier, create a Zap. For the trigger, pick Webhooks by Zapier and the Catch Hook event. Copy the URL it shows.

  2. 02

    Paste it into Eden

    In your store, open Integrations, paste the URL, and click Save and turn on. You can ignore the signing secret.

  3. 03

    Send a test

    Claim or buy one of your products with a different email. In Zapier, click Test trigger.

  4. 04

    Keep only purchases

    Add a Filter step: event exactly matches purchase.created. Without it, a refund adds the buyer again.

  5. 05

    Add the buyer to your list

    Add your email tool's action. Map buyerEmail to the email and productTitle to a tag. Turn the Zap on.

To act on refunds, copy the Zap and filter for purchase.refunded instead.

If nothing arrives

  • Check the URL in Eden matches Zapier's exactly.
  • Send a fresh test sale, then click Test trigger again.
  • Make sure the Zap is on. Zapier doesn't keep requests for a Zap that's off.
