Schedule Facebook posts

Connect your Page

   Open Social accounts

   Go to Settings → Social accounts and click Connect accounts (or Manage if you already linked one).

   Pick your Page

   Sign in to Facebook, choose the Page you want to post to, and approve access.

   Check it's connected

   Back in Eden, Facebook shows Connected. If it doesn't, click the refresh button next to Connect accounts.

What you can post

Pick a video cover

With a single video, a Cover card shows on the Facebook tab, for a Reel or a feed video.

• Click Upload and pick a photo. On the web you can also drop one on the card.
• Eden crops it to your video's shape, which Facebook needs.
• Click Change to swap it, or the x to go back to the first frame.
• If Instagram gets the same video and has no cover yet, it gets this one too.

Good to know

• Photos or video, not both. Facebook can't mix them in one post. Split them into two posts.
• Reels go to the Reels tab, not your feed.
• 30 Reels a day. Facebook caps each Page at 30 Reels in any 24 hours.
• No threads. If you add replies, Facebook gets them joined into one post.
• Big photos are fine. Eden shrinks images over Facebook's size limit before posting.
• Your computer can be off. Facebook posts go out from Eden's servers.

If a post fails

Failed posts move to Attention needed at the top of your queue with the reason. Click Publish now to retry or Reschedule to pick a new time.

• Not signed in to Facebook: click Reconnect Facebook on the card and connect again.
