Schedule LinkedIn posts with Eden

Connect LinkedIn

   Open Connected accounts

   In Eden, go to Settings → Scheduling → Connected accounts and click Connect accounts. LinkedIn links through its own official login, the same one-step flow as X, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

   Approve on LinkedIn and pick where you publish

   On LinkedIn's own login, sign in and approve every permission. Connect the personal profile or the Page you publish from — that's the destination Eden will post to.

   Close the window — Eden syncs

   When the window closes, LinkedIn appears with a green Connected badge. If it doesn't show right away, click the refresh icon next to “Connect accounts.”

What you can post

In the Schedule composer, select LinkedIn as a target (it appears once your account is connected) and compose as usual. LinkedIn supports:

• Text posts — up to 3,000 characters.
• Images — a single image, or up to 20 images in a native multi-image post.
• Video — a single video (MP4, roughly 3 seconds to 30 minutes, up to about 500 MB).
• PDF document carousels — attach a PDF and LinkedIn renders it as a swipeable document carousel (more below).
• First comment — auto-post a comment right after your post goes live (great for a link or CTA), immediately, after a delay, or once it hits a like threshold.

A couple of LinkedIn limits

• No native threads. LinkedIn doesn't support post threads, so Eden publishes single feed posts — use the first comment for follow-ups or links.
• No articles or newsletters. LinkedIn's API doesn't expose article or newsletter publishing, so Eden publishes feed posts (text, media, and document carousels), not long-form articles.
• Images OR video, not both. A post is either a multi-image post or a single video — pick one.

What to expect

• Posts from Eden's servers, on time. LinkedIn publishes server-side — your computer doesn't need to be on.
• Link in the comments, not the post. Use the first comment to drop a link below your post instead of in the body, so the post itself stays link-free.
• Honest failures. If a post can't publish (for example, a disconnected account or an oversized video), it lands in the “Attention needed” section at the top of your Queue with a plain-language reason and one-click Publish now / Reschedule actions.
• One credit per post. Publishing costs 1 credit when it goes out, no matter how many platforms it targets — posting to LinkedIn, X, and Facebook together is still 1 credit.
