Manage multiple brands
On Pro and Studio, run several brands or clients from one workspace, each with its own connected accounts, schedules, and queue. Switch between them from the scheduler.
A brand is a self-contained set of social accounts with its own schedules and its own queue. Brands let you run more than one identity from a single workspace — a personal brand and a company, or several clients if you're an agency — without mixing up their accounts or their calendars.
What a brand contains
Each brand keeps its own:
- Connected accounts — a brand links its own X, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and Substack. One brand's accounts never appear under another.
- Schedules — every brand has its own posting schedules (social sets), each with its own timezone and weekly slots.
- Queue, drafts, and sent — posts live under the brand they were written for, so switching brands switches the whole calendar.
Your existing accounts and schedules stay exactly where they are — they live under your Default brand, and nothing changes until you add a second brand.
Switch between brands
In the Schedule pane, the control at the top left shows the active brand and schedule together. Click it to open the switcher:
- 01
Pick a brand
The row of brand avatars at the top switches the active brand. Everything below — the schedule list, the queue, and the connected accounts you can post to — follows the brand you pick.
- 02
Pick a schedule within it
Below the brands, choose which of that brand's schedules you're working in.
Create and manage brands
Brands are created and managed in Settings → Scheduling:
- 01
Open Settings → Scheduling
The Brand section at the top lists your brands. Click New brand, name it, and save.
- 02
Connect that brand's accounts
With the new brand selected, use Connect accounts to link the social accounts that belong to it. Each brand connects its own accounts — see Connect your social accounts.
- 03
Set up its schedules
Add the schedules and posting times this brand should use. The whole page — accounts, schedules, and times — applies to the brand selected at the top.
Who brands are for
- Creators with more than one identity — keep a personal brand and a company brand fully separate, each with the right accounts and its own cadence.
- Agencies and freelancers — manage each client as its own brand, with that client's accounts and calendar isolated from the rest.
If a brand's accounts won't connect or a post lands under the wrong brand, the Scheduling troubleshooting guide covers the common fixes.
Connect your social accounts
Link X, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube in one step, connect Substack separately, and understand the requirements for each platform.
Schedule and publish posts
Write a post, pick your platforms, schedule it or publish now, and manage your queue, drafts, and any posts that need attention.
Scheduling troubleshooting
Fix the common scheduling snags — Instagram connection errors, the wrong account connecting, posts that fail or land late, and Substack publishing quirks.
