Manage multiple brands

Brands on each plan

On Max, adding a paid brand shows the prorated charge before you confirm. On Agency Lite and Agency, your brands are shared across every workspace on your plan.

Add a brand

   Create it

   In Settings → Social accounts, click New brand, name it, and save.

   Connect its accounts

   With the new brand picked, click Connect accounts and log in to that brand's platforms. See Connect your social accounts.

   Set its schedule

   Set the Timezone and Posting times below. They apply to the brand picked at the top.

Switch brands in Publish

Click the brand and schedule name at the top left of Publish. Pick a brand, then pick one of its schedules. The queue and the accounts you can post to change with it.

Rename or delete a brand

• Click the brand in Settings → Social accounts and edit its name.
• Click the trash button to delete it. You can't delete your Default brand.

Brand or workspace?

• A brand keeps accounts and calendars apart.
• A separate workspace keeps everything apart. Use one when a client should log in without seeing your other clients.
