Run multiple workspaces on one plan

On Studio, create separate, private workspaces for each client, brand, or project — all on one bill, sharing your plan's credits, seats, and brands. 5 included, more for $9/month.

A workspace on your plan is a full, private Eden workspace that lives under your subscription instead of its own. One bill, one credit pool, one team — but each client, brand, or project gets its own walled-off space. Someone you invite into one workspace sees nothing outside it.

What's shared, what's separate

Shared across every workspace on your plan:

  • Credits — one pool. A boost or chat message in any workspace draws from the same allowance.
  • Seats — counted per person, not per workspace. The same teammate in five workspaces uses one seat.
  • Brands — your plan's brand slots spread across all workspaces on the plan.

Separate per workspace:

  • Everything else. Boards, notes, the Library, chats, Custom AIs, connected social accounts, and members. A client invited into their workspace sees only that workspace — never your other clients, and never your main workspace.

Create a workspace on your plan

  1. 01

    Open the workspace menu

Click your workspace name in the top left and choose New workspace.

  2. 02

    Pick On your plan

Name it, then choose On your plan. The other option, Separate workspace, creates a fully independent workspace on its own Free plan instead.

  3. 03

    Add people

Invite the client or your teammates from Settings → Workspace (see below) or from the new workspace's Members tab.

If all your included workspaces are in use, the On your plan option shows the $9/month add-on price and asks you to confirm the prorated charge before anything is created.

Manage everything from Settings → Workspace

Your main workspace's Settings → Workspace tab gains a Workspaces on your plan section. It shows every workspace on your plan and who has access to each, so you never have to switch workspaces just to manage people:

  • Add someone by email. If they already use Eden, they're added instantly — no invite email to wait on.
  • Quick-add your team. People already in your workspace family show as one-click chips on each workspace they're not in yet.
  • Remove people or revoke invites from the same list.
  • Create a new workspace with the button at the top.

Adding a person who isn't on your team yet uses a seat from your plan's pool. If you're out of seats, Eden points you to Settings → Members to add one for $15/month.

Billing on a plan workspace

A workspace on your plan has no bill of its own. Its Settings → Billing page shows "Billing is managed by" with a link to your main workspace. If your subscription ever ends, every workspace on it drops to the Free plan — nothing is deleted, and upgrading again restores the family.
