Brand workspaces
On Agency Lite or Agency, give each client or brand a private brand workspace that shares your bill, credits, seats, and brands. 5 included on Agency Lite, 25 on Agency, more for $9/month each.
Click your workspace name in the sidebar, then New workspace, and pick Brand workspace. The new workspace is private but runs on your Agency Lite or Agency plan: one bill, one credit pool, one set of seats and social brands.

Create one

Open New workspace
Click your workspace name in the sidebar and choose New workspace. Have more than three workspaces? It's at the bottom of All workspaces.

Pick Brand workspace
Name it and pick Brand workspace. Separate workspace is different: it starts on its own Free plan with its own billing.

Confirm the add-on if you're full
If all your included workspaces are in use, the button says Continue. You'll see the $9/month add-on and the prorated charge before anything is created.

Not on either? Brand workspace shows as locked. Click it to open the agencies page, where you can see the agency plans and book a call.
Already have workspaces from before you upgraded? Move them onto your plan from Settings → Agency → Brands → Add existing workspace. See move workspaces you already have.

Manage people in one place
In your main workspace, go to Settings → Agency. Each workspace has a card with its members.
- Type an email under Teammates and click Add. People who already use Eden are added right away. Others get an invite email.
- Click an Add [name] chip to add someone already on your team.
- Click Remove or Revoke to take someone out or cancel an invite.
- A new person uses a seat. Out of seats? Add one in Settings → Members for $15/month.
- On Agency Lite and Agency, Client guests lets you invite a client to a few boards for free. Guests use no seat and never see AI chats.
Billing
A workspace on your plan has no bill of its own. Its Settings → Billing shows Billing managed elsewhere with a link to your main workspace. Change the plan or card there.
If your plan ends, these workspaces drop to Free. Their content stays.
To take one workspace off your plan, click Remove from plan on its card in Settings → Agency → Brands. It goes back to Free and keeps everything in it.

Move workspaces you already have onto your plan
On Agency Lite or Agency, turn workspaces you made before upgrading into brand workspaces that share your plan. Any plan they paid for on their own ends and the unused time is refunded.
