Schedule Threads posts with Eden

Connect Threads

   Open Connected accounts

   In Eden, go to Settings → Scheduling → Connected accounts and click Connect accounts. Threads links in the same one-step flow as X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

   Sign in through Meta and approve permissions

   Threads uses your Meta login, so you'll authorize it the same way you do Instagram. Sign in, pick the Threads account you want to publish from, and approve every permission. Threads often links right alongside Instagram since both run on Meta.

   Close the window — Eden syncs

   When the window closes, Threads appears with a green Connected badge. If it doesn't show right away, click the refresh icon next to “Connect accounts.”

What you can post

In the Schedule composer, select Threads as a target (it appears once your account is connected) and compose as usual. Threads supports:

• Text posts — up to 500 characters per post.
• Native threads — each segment in the composer becomes its own post in a connected reply chain.
• Images and carousels — a carousel can hold up to ~10 items, and images and video can mix within it.
• A single video — up to ~5 minutes long.
• First comment — auto-post a comment right after your post goes live (great for a link or CTA), immediately, after a delay, or once it hits a like threshold.

What to expect

• Posts from Eden's servers, on time. Threads publishes server-side — your computer doesn't need to be on for a scheduled post to go out.
• Honest failures. If a post can't publish (for example, a disconnected account or an over-limit segment), it lands in the “Attention needed” section at the top of your Queue with a plain-language reason and one-click Publish now / Reschedule actions.
• One credit per post. Publishing costs 1 credit when it goes out, no matter how many platforms it targets — posting to Threads, X, and LinkedIn together is still 1 credit.
