Schedule YouTube Shorts
Connect your YouTube channel and schedule vertical Shorts with a title and description.
Eden posts YouTube Shorts: one vertical video up to 3 minutes, with a title. Connect your channel once in Settings → Social accounts with Connect accounts. Scheduling needs Starter or above. The $5 Discover plan can schedule 3 posts in total.
Connect your channel

Open Social accounts
Go to Settings → Social accounts and click Connect accounts. If you've already linked another network, the button says Manage.

Sign in with Google
A window opens with Google's own login. Sign in with the account that owns your channel and approve every permission.

Check it's connected
YouTube now shows Connected. If it doesn't, click the refresh icon next to the button.
Schedule a Short

Add one video
In Publish, select YouTube and add a vertical video.

Add a title
Open the YouTube tab in the composer and fill in Short title. It's required.

Pick a time
Your post text becomes the description. Schedule it, or click Publish now.
What you can post

Good to know
- Shorts only. Long videos and Community posts aren't supported.
- Use a vertical 9:16 video. A video that isn't vertical may post as a regular video, not a Short.
#shortsis added to the description for you.- Every post needs a video. If a post has no video, Eden skips YouTube and sends it everywhere else.
- YouTube has no first comment in Eden.
If a post fails
Failed posts show under Attention needed in Publish, with Publish now and Reschedule buttons.

| Not signed in to YouTube | Reconnect in Settings → Social accounts, then retry. |
| Publishing is paused for this workspace | A network flagged one of your accounts. Reconnecting won't fix it. Contact Eden support. |

Link X, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Substack, and Ghost so you can post from Eden.
Schedule and publish posts
Write a post in Publish, pick your platforms, then schedule it or send it now.
