Schedule Instagram posts with Eden

Connect your account

   Open Connected accounts

   In Eden, go to Settings → Scheduling → Connected accounts and click Connect accounts. Instagram links in the same one-step flow as X, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, and Facebook.

   Choose how to log in

   Logging in with the Facebook account that manages your Instagram's Page unlocks the richest features — use that path if your Instagram is linked to a Facebook Page you manage. Otherwise, use the direct Instagram login. Approve every permission and let the window finish on its own; closing it early links nothing.

   Close the window — Eden syncs

   When the window closes, Instagram appears with a green Connected badge. If it doesn't show right away, click the refresh icon next to “Connect accounts.”

What you can post

In the Schedule composer, select Instagram as a target (it appears once your account is connected) and compose as usual. Instagram supports:

• A single image — one photo to the feed.
• A carousel — up to 10 items, and you can mix images and video in the same carousel.
• A Reel — a single video publishes to the Reels tab.
• Caption — up to 2,200 characters, with up to 30 hashtags. Only the first ~125 characters show before the “more” fold, so lead with your hook.
• First comment — auto-post a comment right after your post goes live, immediately, after a delay, or once it hits a like threshold. It's a common place to put hashtags or a link.

What to expect

• Posts from Eden's servers, on time. Instagram publishes server-side — your computer doesn't need to be on.
• Honest failures. If a post can't publish (for example, a disconnected account or missing media), it lands in the “Attention needed” section at the top of your Queue with a plain-language reason and one-click Publish now / Reschedule actions.
• One credit per post. Publishing costs 1 credit when it goes out, no matter how many platforms it targets — posting to Instagram, X, and LinkedIn together is still 1 credit.
