Schedule Instagram Stories
Post a photo, video, or a card made from your caption to your Instagram Story on a schedule, from Eden on the web.
In Publish, open the Instagram tab in the composer and turn on Post as Story. A Story is one photo or one video. No media? Click Make a Story card to turn your caption into one.

Add one photo or video
Write your post, add a single photo or video, and turn on Instagram.

Turn on Post as Story
Open the Instagram tab and turn on Post as Story. A tall preview shows how it will look.

Schedule it
Pick a time and schedule as usual. Your other platforms still get a normal post.
Turn your caption into a Story card
Instagram doesn't show text sent with a Story. To put words on it, draw them into the image:
- On the Instagram tab, click Make a Story card.
- Pick Post card or Text only, a look, and a text size.
- Click Add to Story. The card becomes Instagram's only media, and Post as Story turns on.
The card goes to Instagram only. Making a new one replaces the old one.
What a Story can have

| Caption | Not shown. The caption box greys out while Post as Story is on. |
| First comment | Skipped. Stories don't have comments. |
| Stickers | Not available. Eden can't add links, polls, or mentions. |
Photos and videos that aren't tall (9:16) aren't cropped. Eden places them whole in the middle of a tall frame, on a blurred copy of themselves.
If something's not working
