Storage on Team and buying more
Team includes 1 TB of storage shared by every workspace, with files up to 25 GB. See what's using it and add more for $30 a month per TB.
Team includes 1 TB of storage, shared by your team workspace and every brand workspace. Each file can be up to 25 GB. Open Settings → Storage to see what's using it, and click Buy more storage to add 1 TB for $30 a month.
See what's using your storage
Open Settings → Storage in your team workspace.
- A bar shows how much of your shared storage is used, out of your total.
- A list of every workspace, biggest first, shows which client is filling it.
- Your biggest files are listed with a link to each, so you can clean up.
Videos, images, PDFs, audio, and other files all count, whoever uploads them and in whichever workspace.
Buy more storage

Do this in your team workspace.

Click Buy more storage
Storage comes in 1 TB packs. You see the price before you confirm.

Click Add 1 TB
The new space works right away. You pay for the rest of this billing period today, then it's on your Team bill each month.

Each extra TB is $30 a month, or $300 a year on yearly billing. Add as many as you need.
When you're running out
- At 80%, Settings shows a warning with the Buy more storage button.
- At 100%, new uploads stop until you add storage or delete files. Everything you already saved stays put.
- The "out of space" message on an upload also has a Buy more storage button.
On the iPhone and Android apps you see the message, but you buy storage on the web.
