How the pool works

• One email to one person is one send. A broadcast to 2,000 people uses 2,000 sends.
• Every workspace sends from the same 200,000. Split it however you like.
• Sends reset on the 1st of each month. Unused sends don't roll over.
• Contacts aren't pooled. Each workspace holds up to 50,000.

Why pay as you go matters

One client's big broadcast can use up the pool for everyone. With pay as you go off, every other workspace's emails wait until the 1st. That includes welcome emails and sequences.

With pay as you go on, Eden adds sends when the pool runs out, up to a monthly limit you pick. Extra sends start at 10,000 for $10 a month and get cheaper as you grow. See what extra sends cost.

   Start an email

   The first time anyone on your team starts a broadcast or sequence, Eden asks what should happen when sends run out.

2. 02

   Pick Add more sends when I run out

   Then set Never spend more than this a month.

To change it later, go to Email → Settings and find When sends run out.

Keep an eye on the pool

• Until pay as you go is on, the send screen shows how much of the pool is left and which workspaces used it.
• If a send would go past what's left, Eden warns you first.
• Extra sends are billed to your Team plan, not to each client.
