Your referral link and earnings

Get your referral link

1. Open Store → Referrals. From a workspace you can also open Settings → Referrals, which shows the same link and a shortcut to the full dashboard.
2. Choose Get my referral link the first time. This turns referrals on for your account and shows your link.
3. Choose Copy and share it anywhere.

Your link looks like https://eden.so/?via=eden-xxxx. The code at the end is yours, and it does not change.

You can share and earn before you connect Stripe. Connecting Stripe is only needed to receive money.

Share links carry your code automatically

You do not have to paste your referral link everywhere. Every public link you copy inside Eden already carries your code:

• A public board
• A public note or document
• A public table
• A public Custom AI

If someone opens one of those links, creates an Eden account, and pays, they count as your referral. This works for links you copy from now on. Links you shared before referrals were turned on for your account are not rewritten.

What you earn

You earn a share of every Eden plan payment and credit top-up made by the people you referred, for as long as they stay.

A new rate applies to payments after you reach it. Amounts you have already earned are never repriced. The Referrals dashboard shows your current tier and how many active referred subscribers you have.

How referrals are counted

• 60 days from the first click. If someone clicks your link and creates their account within 60 days, they are your referral.
• The first source wins. If a person arrives through more than one referral link, the first one they used keeps the credit. A later click does not move it.
• New accounts only. Someone who already has an Eden account when they click is not a new referral.
• No self-referrals. Your own accounts do not count.

Payouts through Stripe

1. Open Store → Referrals, pick the country you'll get paid in, and choose Connect Stripe in the payouts section. Stripe locks the country to the account, so check it before you connect.
2. Finish the Stripe steps. Stripe collects your payout details, not Eden.
3. Once connected, payouts happen automatically.

How payouts work:

• Each payment you earn on is held for 30 days in case of a refund. After that it is available.
• Payouts go out every two weeks once at least $25 is available.
• If a referred payment is refunded during the hold, that commission is removed.

The dashboard shows what is pending, what is available, and what has been paid.

If you were in the previous affiliate program

Nothing changes for you yet. Your existing links, codes, rate, and payouts keep working exactly as they do today, and the previous program keeps managing them. Eden will move your account over later and email you before anything changes. Boards and documents you already shared with your code keep crediting you.

If your previous affiliate account uses a different email than your Eden account, contact [email protected] so the two can be matched before the move.

Troubleshooting

• The dashboard says a source is unavailable. This is a temporary connection problem, not a change to your account. Choose Refresh. If it keeps happening, contact [email protected].
• I do not see Referrals in Store. Open Settings → Referrals instead. It shows your link and a shortcut to the dashboard.
• A referral is missing. Check the rules above: the person must have created a new account within 60 days of the first click, and another referral source must not have reached them first.
• My payout has not arrived. Check that Stripe is connected, that at least $25 is available, and that the 30-day hold has passed. Payouts go out every two weeks.
