Put your store on your own domain
Use a domain you own, like shop.yourname.com, for your store page and every product link.
Open Your store → Storefront and find Custom domain. Type a domain like shop.yourname.com, click Connect, then add the one DNS record Eden shows where you bought the domain. Needs Pro or higher.

Pick a subdomain
Use shop, store, or www in front of your domain. Your website and email stay as they are.

Enter it in Eden
In Custom domain, type it under Domain and click Connect.

Add the DNS record
Eden shows a Type, Name, and Value. Click each Copy button and paste them into a new record at your domain provider.

Wait for it to go live
Eden checks every 15 seconds while the page is open, or click Check now. Most domains go live in 5 to 30 minutes. Some providers take up to 48 hours.
On Cloudflare, set Proxy status to DNS only (gray cloud).
What changes when it's live
- Your store page, product pages, booking links, and forms all use your domain.
- Links in your emails, Auto-DMs, and the Eden app switch to it on their own.
- Your old yourhandle.eden.so links keep working. They forward to your domain, so nothing you already shared breaks.

Remove or change your domain
Click Remove in Custom domain. Your links go back to yourhandle.eden.so right away. To switch domains, remove the old one first, then connect the new one.
If something's not working
- Still checking after an hour: make sure the record's Name and Value match exactly, and that no other record uses the same name.
- It says your domain stopped pointing to Eden: the DNS record was changed or deleted. Add it again and Eden picks it back up.
- It says paused: your plan dropped below Pro. Links use your eden.so address until you upgrade. Your domain setup stays saved.
