How your members sign in

Give buyers a sign-in link that opens in your store's look and lands them right inside what they bought.

Members sign in with the email they bought with. Eden emails them a link and a 6-digit code, no password. Copy a product's Member sign-in link and send it to buyers so they land right inside it.

Give members their sign-in link

    Open the product

    Open the course, community, or other product in your store's editor and go to Publish.

  2. 02

    Copy the link

    Under Share it, find Member sign-in and click Copy link. Click Open to see the page your members get.

  3. 03

    Send it

    Put it in your welcome email, a pinned community post, or anywhere buyers look for it.

A community is a product, so its editor has the same link.

Your product pages also have a Sign in link at the top. It opens the same page, without a specific product.

The member app

People who bought from you but never made anything in Eden get a simple member app. They see only what they bought and joined: no boards, scheduling, or store tools.

  • On the web, they land in the product view. Its left rail lists everything they have.
  • On a phone, they tap I'm a member in the Eden app, then get Home, Communities, and Courses tabs.
  • If they want to make things too, Start creating on their profile turns on the full app.

Buyers who already use Eden for their own work keep the full app.
