GoHighLevel pricing in 2026: what you really pay, usage fees included
GoHighLevel costs $97, $297, or $497 a month, plus usage for email, SMS, calls, and AI. Here's the full bill for a solo creator, checked September 2026.
GoHighLevel has three public plans: Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297, and Agency Pro at $497, or about two months less when paid yearly. On top of the plan, email, texts, calls, phone numbers, premium workflow actions, and the AI Employee are billed by use. A solo coach who emails a 5,000-person list weekly and sends 1,000 texts a month pays about $125 a month, or about $175 with the AI Employee, plus $45 once to register for texting.
Full disclosure: we make Eden, a simpler tool for creators, which we mention at the end. Every number here comes from HighLevel's own pricing page and its help center pricing guide, checked in September 2026. HighLevel updates usage rates often, so check the guide before you budget.
GoHighLevel plans and prices
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Sub-accounts | Who it's for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 ($81/mo) | Up to 3 | A single business or a small agency |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 ($248/mo) | Unlimited | Agencies with many clients |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 ($414/mo) | Unlimited | Agencies reselling HighLevel as their own software |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | Large teams |
Every plan includes the full toolbox: CRM and pipelines, funnels and websites, email, SMS, calendars, courses, communities, invoices and payments, a social planner, review requests, forms, an affiliate manager, and the mobile app. Contacts and users are unlimited on all of them. There is a 14-day free trial. Affiliate links often advertise 30 days.
A solo creator or coach only needs one sub-account, so Starter is the real price for most people reading this. Unlimited and Agency Pro exist for agencies: more client accounts, a branded desktop app, and SaaS Mode, which lets an agency resell HighLevel under its own name and mark up usage.
The usage fees on top
This is where most surprise bills come from. HighLevel charges these through a wallet you top up, separate from the plan.
| What | Price (US) |
|---|---|
| $0.675 per 1,000 emails | |
| Email verification | $2.50 per 1,000 addresses |
| Phone number | $1.15/mo local, $2.15/mo toll-free |
| Text message (SMS) | $0.00747 per segment, plus $0.0025 to $0.007 carrier fees |
| Picture message (MMS) | $0.022 each |
| Calls | About $0.0166/min outbound, $0.0117/min inbound |
| Texting sign-up (A2P 10DLC) | $22.50 brand + $22.50 campaign once, then $1.50 to $10.50/mo |
| $10/mo per account plus per-message fees | |
| AI Employee | Pay per use, or $50/mo or $97/mo per account |
| Premium workflow actions | $0.01 per run, or bundles from $10/mo |
A text "segment" is up to 160 plain characters. A longer text, or one with an emoji, counts as two or more.
Add-ons agencies buy include a white-label mobile app at $497 a month, HIPAA support at $297 a month, and premium support at $500 a month. A solo creator rarely needs these.
What a solo creator actually pays
Here is a realistic month for a one-person coaching business on Starter:
| Line | Monthly |
|---|---|
| Starter plan | $97.00 |
| Weekly email to 5,000 people (20,000 emails) | $13.50 |
| One local phone number | $1.15 |
| 1,000 text segments, carrier fees included | about $10 to $15 |
| Texting campaign fee | from $1.50 |
| Total | about $125 |
| With the AI Employee on the $50 plan | about $175 |
Plus $45 once to register your brand and campaign for texting. Paying yearly takes the plan to about $81 a month.
That is fair value if you use the texting, CRM, and automations. It is a lot if what you really need is a page that sells, a calendar, and a newsletter.
Is GoHighLevel worth it?
It depends on how much of it you open each week.
- Worth it if you run an agency with several clients, or your business runs on texting leads, calling them back, and moving them through a pipeline. No other tool bundles that much for $97.
- Probably not worth it if you're one creator selling a course, coaching, or a membership, and you mostly use the course area, the calendar, and email. You'd pay for a CRM, funnels, phone system, and reselling tools you never open, and spend the first weeks learning sub-accounts and workflows.
On Capterra, HighLevel scores 4.2 out of 5 overall, but 3.7 for ease of use. The most common complaint is the learning curve.
Cheaper ways to get the parts you use

Where Eden fits. Eden is only the parts a creator sells with: a page at your handle, a Stripe checkout, courses, cohorts, memberships, downloads, coaching with booking on your Google Calendar, and a Custom AI built from your course. It's $29 a month plus 5% per sale, with no usage meter. It doesn't do texting, phone calls, a full CRM, or websites. Email broadcasts are built in, with sequences on Pro; a list past 250 contacts is a flat monthly list size, not a per-email charge. Under about $1,360 a month in sales it costs less than HighLevel Starter, before HighLevel's usage.
