Moving from Max to Agency Lite
Max plans that already had brand workspaces can switch to Agency Lite for free, at the price they pay now.
On Max with brand workspaces made before October 5, 2026? You can switch to Agency Lite for free. Your price, your workspaces, and your renewal date stay the same. Look for the card in Settings → Billing.
Why is Max changing?
Max no longer includes brand workspaces. It's now for one creator running their whole business on Eden. Brand workspaces for clients and brands moved to Agency Lite and Agency.
Who gets the free switch
- Your workspace is on Max, monthly or yearly.
- It already had at least one brand workspace made before October 5, 2026.
- You switch from the main workspace that pays the bill, not from a shared one.

Agency tools are free client guests, Custom AIs and skills shared with every workspace, usage and credit caps per client, and the agency research skills. Store fees stay at 2%.
If you pay for extra seats, up to 2 of them come off your bill, since Agency Lite includes 3.

Open billing
In your main workspace, open Settings → Billing.

Confirm the switch
Find Switch to Agency Lite for free and click Switch to Agency Lite. Nothing is charged and your renewal date doesn't move.
We also email eligible owners a link to the same switch.
Stay on Max instead
You don't have to switch. Your brand workspaces keep working, with their boards, members, and shared credits. You just can't add new ones. To add more later, switch to Agency Lite or Agency.
