Referral Program Terms

1. Joining the program

Every Eden account in good standing can join. You join by choosing Get my referral link inside Eden, which creates your referral code and records your acceptance of the version of these Program Terms shown above. There is no application and no paid plan required to share and earn.

You must be at least 18 years old to receive payouts, because our payout provider requires it. You may share and accrue earnings before that, but payouts wait until you can complete payout onboarding.

If you are already a member of our previous affiliate program (run through FirstPromoter), that program’s terms continue to govern your existing links, codes, rates, and payouts until we move your account over and tell you by email. You cannot hold both a previous-program membership and a referral link at the same time.

2. What counts as a referral

Your referral code is added to your referral link and to every public link you copy inside Eden after joining (public boards, documents, tables, and Custom AIs). A person becomes your referral when all of the following are true:

• They open one of your links and create a new Eden account within 60 days of first opening it. Someone who already has an account when they open your link is not a new referral.
• No other referral source reached them first. The first referral source a person uses keeps the credit; later clicks on other links do not move it.
• The account is not yours and is not controlled by you. Self-referrals, accounts you create for other people, and accounts created with your payment methods do not count.

We record the referral with a first-party cookie on eden.so that stores only your code for 60 days. If the cookie is blocked or cleared, we cannot attribute the signup and no commission is owed. Attribution currently runs when an account is created on the web; signups made directly inside our mobile apps are not attributed. A person who buys a paid product from a Eden creator and creates their account at that checkout is that creator’s referral, not yours, even if they used your link earlier.

3. What you earn

You earn a commission on each Eden plan payment and credit top-up made by your referrals, for as long as they remain your referrals. The commission base is the amount the referral actually paid after any discount and before payment-processing fees. Purchases of creators’ products on Eden, taxes, and payments that are unpaid, failed, or zero do not earn a commission.

Your rate depends on how many of your referrals hold an active paid plan:

The rate in effect when a payment is made is the rate applied to that payment. When you reach a new tier, the higher rate applies to payments made after that point; earlier commissions are never repriced up or down. If your count drops below a threshold, later payments earn the lower rate.

If a payment is refunded, disputed, or reversed, the commission on it is removed. If it was already paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

4. Payouts

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, in case of a refund. After that it is available.
• Payouts go out every two weeks to your connected Stripe account, once at least $25 is available. Smaller amounts roll forward.
• Payouts are made in US dollars through Stripe. You must complete Stripe’s onboarding, which collects your identity and payout details directly. We do not see or store your bank details.
• A payment that is under dispute is held until the dispute closes. A closed dispute does not by itself release the money; we review it first.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Stripe or we may ask for tax information before paying you.

You can share and earn before you connect Stripe. Earnings wait for you. If you never connect a payout account, or your account is closed with an unpaid balance under the minimum, that balance is forfeited 12 months after it became available.

5. How you may promote Eden

You agree that you will not:

• Send unsolicited messages, post your link where it is not welcome, or use bots, incentives for signups, or fake accounts to generate referrals.
• Present yourself as Eden, use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us, or register domains, social handles, or ad accounts that could be confused with ours.
• Run paid search or social ads on Eden brand terms, or direct paid-ad traffic straight to eden.so through your link.
• Make claims about Eden, its pricing, or its results that are false, misleading, or that we have not published.
• Post your link or code on coupon, deal, or cashback sites, or offer part of your commission back to the person you refer.
• Refer yourself, your own workspaces, or accounts you control.

Where the law requires it, disclose that you may earn a commission when someone signs up through your link.

6. If the rules are broken

If we reasonably believe a referral was obtained by breaking these Program Terms, we may void the commission on it, remove the referral, withhold or reclaim payouts connected to it, and end your participation in the program. We will tell you what we found and give you a chance to respond, except where doing so would let the abuse continue.

Commissions earned honestly before your participation ends are still paid on the normal schedule.

7. Changes to the program

We may change these Program Terms, the rates, the tiers, the hold period, or the payout minimum. Rate and tier changes apply only to payments made after the change takes effect, and never reduce commissions you have already earned. For a change that lowers your rate we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email. Other changes take effect when we publish them here with a new version and effective date.

We may also end the program. If we do, we will give at least 30 days’ notice, commissions on payments made before the end date are still paid out, and any balance over the payout minimum is paid on the next scheduled payout.

8. General

You participate as an independent party, not as our employee, agent, or partner, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. You may leave the program at any time by emailing [email protected]; your link stops crediting new referrals and existing commissions are paid on the normal schedule.
