Free Claude workflow

Claude writes your personal brand strategy.

A free workflow that interviews you, studies what's working in your niche, and hands you the full strategy: positioning, topic tree, proof, and your first five posts.

No other skill gives Claude this: millions of viral posts across seven platforms to pull your receipts from, each scored by how hard it beat that creator's baseline.

Your Personal Brand Strategy

What to actually do first

Open Discover and search your three topics. Filter for outliers, save what's worth keeping to a board per topic, then write from the board.

What you're building

Almost nobody sits at the intersection of operations, behavioural economics, and endurance sport. That combination is the position, and the story behind it is what makes people trust it.

What's already working in your space

Three of the five best-performing posts this month in your niche are process breakdowns, not opinion. The gap nobody is filling: what it costs when the process fails.

Your topic tree

Operations → process design, hiring, the cost of chaos. Behaviour → incentives, habits, why smart teams do dumb things.

Three Steps To Your Strategy

One conversation. Claude does the research while you watch.

  1. Connect Eden to Claude

One click opens Claude's settings with Eden already filled in. Sign in, approve, done. Claude is now plugged into millions of viral posts. No Eden account yet? The sign-in creates one on the spot, free, no card.

  2. Add the workflow

Copy the one-shot prompt and paste it into Claude. That's the whole install: the interview, the research method, and the document format in one message. Want it on hand permanently? Download the skill instead and Claude keeps the full playbook loaded.

    Download the skillor
  3. Answer six questions

Say "build my personal brand strategy". Claude interviews you (blunt answers are fine), researches your niche for a few minutes, then hands you the document: your positioning, your topic tree, the proof, and your first five posts as scheduler drafts.

The problem

Personal Branding Advice Is The Same Five Templates

Pick a niche. Find your "ideal customer avatar". Post consistently. Every guru hands you the same worksheet, and none of it tells you what YOUR brand should actually be.

So you stay stuck at the starting line. Sound familiar?

  • You've rewritten your bio four times and still don't post
  • You know your field cold but freeze at "what would I even talk about"
  • You ask ChatGPT for a brand strategy and get everyone else's
  • You picked a niche so narrow you ran dry in three weeks

A strategy without market proof is a guess with formatting.

The fix

So We Gave Claude The Whole Engine

Eden indexes millions of viral posts across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, and Threads. Every post carries an outlier score: how hard it beat that creator's own baseline.

We built a strategy generator on that index, tuned it over hundreds of live runs, and learned what makes the document land: a real interview, research from accounts your size, and receipts for every claim.

This workflow hands the whole playbook to your Claude.

In one session, Claude
  1. Interviews you the way a strategist would, misfit interests included
  2. Searches your niche for breakout posts from accounts your size
  3. Filters out the meme pages and keeps real people with stealable ideas
  4. Writes your strategy with the viral posts as receipts
  5. Loads your first five posts into your scheduler as drafts
What Claude can suddenly do
  • Search millions of viral posts by topic, follower band, and outlier multiplier
  • Pull any creator's top posts and performance against their own baseline
  • Read full posts, including video transcripts
  • Save boards, notes, and scheduler drafts in your Eden workspace

Full tool reference on the Eden MCP page.

The result is a strategy built on what's proven in your market, grounded in your story, and already turned into your first week of posting.

The strategy

What You Walk Away With

One document, one board, zero filler.

A topic tree you can post from for months

Your interests broken into topics, sub-topics, and talking points. The overthinking killer: everything you could talk about in one tree, and it grows as you do.

Positioning nobody can copy

What you're known for, who it's for, and the story that makes people trust you. Built on the intersection of your interests, including the odd ones. That combination is yours alone.

A swipe file of proven posts

8 to 16 viral posts from real people in your niche, saved to your Eden board with the receipts. Every one carries an idea you can write your own version of.

Your first five posts, ready to go

Five opening lines written in your voice, each stolen from a proven winner. Say the word and Claude loads them into your Eden scheduler as drafts.

Yours In Two Minutes

Copy one prompt and paste it into Claude. That's the whole setup.

Quickstart: paste into Claude

Copy the prompt below and paste it into Claude (claude.ai or Claude Code). It walks you through connecting Eden, interviews you with six questions, researches your niche, then writes your full strategy and offers to draft your first five posts. Nothing to install.

You are my personal brand strategist. Interview me, research my niche with real data, and write my complete personal brand strategy. Use the Eden MCP (tools named eden_) for all research. If you don't have Eden tools, don't run: walk me through connecting instead. On claude.ai or Claude Desktop, send me this link to add Eden with one click (https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=Eden&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.eden.so%2Fmcp), tell me to sign in with my Eden account and switch Eden on in this chat's tools menu, then have me resend this prompt. In Claude Code, give me: claude mcp add --transport http eden https://mcp.eden.so/mcp. If I don't have an Eden account yet, it's free to start at https://app.eden.so.

INTERVIEW. First check my Eden workspace for a board called "Personal brand strategy". If it exists, read the strategy and interview notes on it, ask me only what's changed since last time, and re-run the research fresh. Otherwise ask me six questions in one message, numbered, and tell me short blunt answers are fine: (1) the two or three things I can't shut up about, including ones that don't fit my work; (2) who my skills or experience could help the most ("people like me a few years ago" counts); (3) my lowest point of the last ten years and how I'm better off now; (4) where I want this to live: X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, Threads, or not sure; (5) which of these sound like me: too many interests to pick one lane / gone deep on one skill / strong opinions I keep quiet / people ask me to explain things / I think in stories / I'm the one with the data / funnier than my job lets me be / already building something on the side; (6) my existing handles if I post anywhere. Resolve handles with eden_resolve_creator, never guess. At most one short follow-up, then work straight through without more questions.

RESEARCH. Budget: at most 10 eden_search_social_content calls, 6 eden_analyze_creator pulls, and 6 eden_read_social_post reads. Per interest: scope global, orderBy outlier, since year, minOutlierScore 2, minFollowers 5000, maxFollowers 500000, queries in the plain words a creator would post (two to four words), platforms rotated across my choices, plus one since month lane on my strongest interest. From the results keep only PERSONAL creators with their own transferable, nearly evergreen ideas (think Hormozi and Justin Welsh); drop aggregators, meme pages, quote pages, and brand accounts no matter how well they performed (tells: pipe-separated display names, ALL CAPS names, handles with daily/quotes/motivation/mindset). Pull the best 3 to 6 creators' top posts since year and curate a swipe file of 8 to 16 posts I could steal ideas from, at most 2 per creator. If I gave my own handles, analyze them too; my posts ground the strategy but are never market evidence. If an interest comes back thin, broaden it and say why.

THE DOCUMENT. Markdown. Direct, warm, blunt but on my side. Short sentences, no consultant fluff, no em dashes. Never invent a creator, post, or number. Never assign anyone a gender nobody stated. Never drop a misfit interest; the odd one is usually the angle. If my audience answer was thin, build the audience from my own story: who I was before things changed. Work out my sellable skill from my answers instead of asking me to name it. First line: a single H1 naming my brand direction in two to five words, never containing the words "brand strategy". Then: "## The Short Version" (6 or 7 bullets, each "**Label:** one sentence", the whole strategy at a glance). "## 1. Your Topic Tree" (each interest a ### heading with about three topics and sub-topics as compact bullets; broaden anything too narrow). "## 2. What You're Building" (### Your domain of mastery, why my COMBINATION is the thing nobody else has; ### Who you're for, painted, with what they're stuck on; ### Your story; ### Your mission). "## 3. The Two Poles" (the life I refuse to live and the life I'm building toward, each a ### named in my own words, then the bold one-line lens: does this piece move the reader from A to B?). "## 4. What To Write About" (permission and a menu: extreme beliefs, problems people face, opinions on popular topics, lessons from my journey, harsh truths, advice to my past self, and the rest; the through-line is pick one and write the post). "## 5. What's Already Working In Your Space" (3 to 5 findings, each a ### naming the pattern, with real cited examples and receipts: handle, outlier multiple, reach; my own numbers in their own honest paragraph if I gave handles). "## 6. Your First Five Posts" (five ### headings that ARE the opening lines, written in my voice, each naming the swipe-file post whose structure to steal and the tree branch it feeds). "## 7. How This Could Make Money" (### Now: sell the skill directly, three to five concrete things with who'd buy them and where those people are; ### Later: productize what you repeat; ### Eventually: scale it; opportunities, never assignments). Close with a two or three line coda about the world my content builds over the next six months.

DELIVER. Create the "Personal brand strategy" board in Eden if missing. Save the full document as a note titled "Personal Brand Strategy: " plus the H1 name, save my answers as a note titled "Brand strategy interview", and save the swipe file to the board with eden_save_posts_to_board so the receipts sit next to the strategy. If you can render an artifact or write a file, also produce the document as one clean styled page rather than chat text. Then offer once, in one line: load my first five posts into my Eden scheduler as drafts. If I say yes, expand each hook into a complete short post in my voice and call eden_create_scheduling_draft for each. Drafts only, no publish time; never schedule or publish anything unless I explicitly ask. If any tool returns status "out_of_credits", stop researching, write the strategy from what you have, say the research is partial, and give me the upgradeUrl from that error in one line.

Want it on hand for refreshes? Install the skill

The same method as an installable skill. Claude loads it on its own when you say the words, keeps the full interview, research playbook, and designed document template on hand, and remembers your answers for the next refresh.

  1. 1. Download it

A few plain text files: the interview, the research method, and the document format we tuned over hundreds of live runs. Read them, edit them, it's yours.

    Download the workflow
  2. 2. Hand it to Claude

On claude.ai: open Settings, then Capabilities, then Skills, and upload the file you just downloaded.

In Claude Code: unzip it into the skills folder (~/.claude/skills).

  3. 3. Say the words

Claude asks six questions, researches your niche, and hands you the document.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Do I need an Eden account?

Yes, and free to start is fine. The research runs on Eden's index of millions of viral posts, and the strategy, swipe file, and drafts all land in your Eden workspace. Connect the Eden MCP to Claude once and the workflow finds the tools by itself.

I haven't started posting yet. Is this for me?

Especially for you. The interview was designed for people who haven't started: it never asks what your niche is or what you're building toward, because those are the questions that make beginners freeze. Claude works them out from your answers. If you already post, give it your handles and it grounds the strategy in your real numbers too.

How is this different from the free strategy quiz on eden.so?

Same engine, deeper run. The quiz at eden.so/brand-strategy is the fast version: a few taps, and Eden's servers build the strategy for you. This workflow runs in your own Claude, interviews you properly, lets you push back mid-conversation, reads your own accounts if you have them, and finishes with your first five posts sitting in your scheduler as drafts.

Will it post anything to my accounts?

No. The workflow writes drafts only: no publish time, nothing queued, nothing sent. Publishing always stays your explicit call.

Which Claude does this work with?

Any Claude that can connect to an MCP server: claude.ai on a paid plan, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code. The skill installs on claude.ai and Claude Code. The one-shot prompt works anywhere, including other MCP clients.

What does a run cost?

The workflow is free. A full run spends about 20 Eden research calls, which use credits from your Eden plan, plus your normal Claude usage. If you run out of credits mid-run, Claude finishes an honest partial strategy from what it found and links you straight to your Eden billing page to top up.

Can I change how it works?

Yes. It's a folder of plain text files. Change the interview, widen the research, reshape the document, add a section. It's your strategist now.

Your strategy is one conversation away

Connect Eden, add the workflow, and say "build my personal brand strategy". Stop rewriting your bio.
