Free Claude workflow

Turn Claude into your content strategist.

A free workflow that finds the outliers in your niche every week and turns them into your content strategy. With receipts.

No other skill gives Claude this: millions of viral posts across seven platforms, each scored by how hard it beat that creator's baseline.

newPosts that productize AI advice are surging on LinkedIn. One ran 77x its creator's baseline.

Your scoreboard

Your "multiple interests" Substack post is still the month's strongest. Your winners share a shape: a direct reader mirror first, then the mechanism.

The bet

Name your framework this week. Package "you don't have a focus problem, you have a connection problem" and lead with it everywhere.

Your plays

1. Write the side-door version of your niche-down take: the front door is a job title, the side door is the intersection of your interests.

2. A trusted-filter post: the only 3 books on psychology worth your time, and the connection nobody else sees. Openers written for you.

Three Steps To Your First Strategy

Set it up once. Get a strategy every week, on whatever day you pick.

  1. Connect Eden to Claude

One click opens Claude's settings with Eden already filled in. Sign in, approve, done. Claude is now plugged into millions of viral posts. No Eden account yet? The sign-in creates one on the spot, free, no card.

  2. Add the workflow

Copy the one-shot prompt and paste it into Claude. That's the whole install: the entire method a strategist would charge thousands for, in one message. Planning to run it every week? Download the skill instead and Claude keeps the full playbook loaded.

    Download the skillor
  3. Ask for your first strategy

Say "run my weekly sweep". Claude asks three quick questions about your niche, hunts down the outliers, and hands you the strategy: the patterns, the proof, and what to post. Pick a day, schedule it, and you never start a week guessing again.

The problem

Other AI Tools Can't See Your Market

Every Claude skill out there connects to things you already have. Your notes, your calendar, your accounts. None of them can show Claude what's going viral in your niche right now.

So the research stays on you. Sound familiar?

  • You scroll for an hour "researching" and post nothing
  • You spot a viral post in your niche a week after it peaked
  • You copy what the big accounts do and get a tenth of the result
  • You ask ChatGPT what to post and get last year's internet

You can't outpost a market you can't see.

The fix

So We Gave Claude Eden's Research Engine

Eden indexes millions of viral posts across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, and Threads. Every post carries an outlier score: how hard it beat that creator's own baseline.

That one number is the edge. A 12x breakout from a 9,000-follower account lights up as an early signal, while a million views on a celebrity is just Tuesday.

Hand that engine to Claude and it stops guessing.

Every week, Claude
  1. Finds the posts blowing up in your niche right now
  2. Checks each one across multiple creators, so you never chase a fluke
  3. Breaks down why they popped, so you can steal the hook and the format
  4. Tells you which of your own posts beat your baseline and which sank
  5. Hands you the plan: what to post this week, with opening lines already written
What Claude can suddenly do
  • Search millions of viral posts by topic, follower tier, and outlier multiplier
  • Pull up any creator and break down their recent breakouts
  • Read full posts, including video transcripts
  • Save strategies to your workspace, so it remembers week to week

The strategy

What Lands Every Week

One document. Four sections. Zero filler.

Catch outliers before they're everywhere

3 to 5 patterns blowing up in your niche, with the viral posts that prove them. Each one tagged new, building, or saturating, so you catch the wave early.

See which of your posts actually worked

Every recent post scored against your baseline. What worked, what flopped, and which old winners are worth reposting.

Know exactly what to post next

2 to 4 post ideas built on proven outliers, with the hooks and opening lines already written. You start drafting at 80 percent done.

It gets sharper every week

Every strategy saves to your Eden workspace. Next week Claude checks how its calls played out, drops what saturated, and doubles down on what's climbing.

Yours In Two Minutes

Copy one prompt and paste it into Claude. That's the whole setup.

Quickstart: paste into Claude

Copy the prompt below and paste it into Claude (claude.ai or Claude Code). It walks you through connecting Eden, asks three quick questions about your niche, then sweeps your market and hands you the strategy memo. Nothing to install.

You are my content strategist. Run this week's market sweep and write me a strategy memo. Use the Eden MCP (tools named eden_) for all research. If you don't have Eden tools, don't run: walk me through connecting instead. On claude.ai or Claude Desktop, send me this link to add Eden with one click (https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=Eden&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.eden.so%2Fmcp), tell me to sign in with my Eden account and switch Eden on in this chat's tools menu, then have me resend this prompt. In Claude Code, give me: claude mcp add --transport http eden https://mcp.eden.so/mcp. If I don't have an Eden account yet, it's free to start at https://app.eden.so. If a tool ever returns status "out_of_credits", stop researching, write the memo from what you already found, say it's partial, and give me the upgradeUrl from that error in one line. Otherwise work straight through without asking me questions mid-run.

SETUP. Look for a board in my Eden workspace called "Weekly strategy". If it exists, read the note "Weekly Strategist settings" plus my last 3 memos on that board. Those memos are your memory. If the board doesn't exist, this is our first run: ask me three questions in one message (what I make content about, 2 to 5 topics; which accounts are mine, platform and handle; up to 8 creators I want on my radar), resolve every handle with eden_resolve_creator, create the board, and save my answers as a note titled "Weekly Strategist settings". Base audience fit on my topics and my own accounts' performance; if that's thin, say so in the memo. Never fabricate an audience.

SCOREBOARD. Run eden_analyze_creator on each of my accounts with since "month". This is a performance read of my recent posts against my own baseline. My posts are never market evidence and never appear as finding receipts.

SWEEP. Budget: at most 14 eden_search_social_content calls and 8 eden_read_social_post calls, spent across different angles rather than rewording one query. Search scope global, orderBy outlier, queries from my topics, in three lanes: PROOF (creatorTier mid or macro, since month, minOutlierScore 3), EARLY (no tier filter, since week, minOutlierScore 5), PROVEN (since year, minOutlierScore 3, supporting evidence only, never the claim). Check my radar creators with eden_analyze_creator since month for posts beating their own baseline. Read the biggest anomalies in full and work out why each popped: the hook, the format, the topic, or the timing. Record 3 to 5 findings. A finding is a market move, not an evergreen truth. Confirmed means the pattern shows on at least 2 different creators; seen once, call it early signal. Each finding carries 2 to 4 receipts (handle, platform, outlier multiple, views or likes, one-line note). Lead with at least one receipt with real reach. At least one receipt per finding must come from outside my radar list. One-off news, drama, and politics spikes are noise. Check my past memos and tag every finding new, building, or saturating.

MEMO. Plain spoken language, short sentences, no analyst jargon, no em dashes. Every section must make sense on its own. Sections in order:
1. Signal: the 3 to 5 findings. Each gets its claim, status tag, 2 to 3 sentences of detail, a "For you:" line starting with a verb, then its receipt lines.
2. Your scoreboard: a table of my recent posts (result vs baseline, one-line read each), then any old winners of mine worth a second life.
3. The strategy: grade last week's bet honestly if you have memory ("you didn't post it" is a valid grade). Then THE BET: one sentence starting with a verb, the single clearest move this week. Then 2 to 4 plays. Each play states the idea as one literal 8 to 20 word claim a cold reader understands, a "Make this" line starting with a production verb, which receipt's structure to borrow (named in plain words), and 2 or 3 opening lines. Use a different hook shape and structure per play, and never re-suggest something I already published. Close with one experiment worth testing and one thing to stop doing.
4. Watchlist: 2 to 4 creators, patterns, or topics to watch next week. Never my own accounts or my radar creators.

DELIVER. If you can render an artifact or write a file, produce the memo as one clean styled document rather than chat text. Always save the markdown to a new note on my "Weekly strategy" board titled "Weekly strategy - " plus today's date; that note is next week's memory. Then give me the bet in one line.

Running it weekly? Install the skill

The same method as an installable skill. Claude loads it on its own when you say the words, keeps the full playbook and the designed memo template on hand, and you never paste anything again.

  1. 1. Download it

A few plain text files: the full method a strategist would charge thousands for. Read them, edit them, it's yours.

    Download the workflow
  2. 2. Hand it to Claude

On claude.ai: open Settings, then Capabilities, then Skills, and upload the file you just downloaded.

In Claude Code: unzip it into the skills folder (~/.claude/skills).

  3. 3. Say the words

Claude asks three quick questions about your niche, then hands you your first strategy.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Do I need an Eden account?

Yes, and free to start is fine. The research runs on Eden's index of millions of viral posts. Connect the Eden MCP to Claude once and the workflow finds the tools by itself.

Do I need a big audience for this to work?

No. The outlier score is relative to each creator's own baseline, so the sweep surfaces small accounts cracking formats you can borrow. It works the same whether you have 300 followers or 300,000.

Which Claude does this work with?

Any Claude that can connect to an MCP server: claude.ai on a paid plan, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code. The skill installs on claude.ai and Claude Code. The one-shot prompt works anywhere, including other MCP clients.

Where does the social media data come from?

The Eden MCP: the server you hook Claude up to for social data. It searches a growing index of 3M+ posts across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Substack, with every post scored against its creator's own baseline so outliers are real outliers. No scrapers, no API keys.

Is this the old Radar briefs feature?

Same method, new home. We built and tuned this engine inside Eden, then retired the in-app version and packaged the full playbook as a workflow your Claude runs. Nothing was held back.

What does a run cost?

The workflow is free. A weekly run spends about a dozen Eden research calls, which use credits from your Eden plan, plus your normal Claude usage. If you run out of credits mid-sweep, Claude finishes the strategy with what it found, tells you it's partial, and links you straight to your Eden billing page to top up.

Can I change how it works?

Yes. It's a folder of plain text files. Raise the search budget, add a lane, reshape the memo, make it daily. It's your strategist now.

Your first strategy is fifteen minutes away

Connect Eden, add the workflow, and say "run my weekly sweep". Stop guessing what to post.
