Share Custom AIs and skills with every client

Build a Custom AI or skill once in your agency workspace and use it in every client workspace, or copy or move one to a single client.

In your agency workspace, open Settings → Agency and turn on a Custom AI under Shared Custom AIs or a skill under Shared skills. It shows up in every client workspace for your team.

Share with all clients

    Open Settings → Agency

    Do this in your agency workspace, not in a client.

    Turn on sharing

    Flip the switch next to each Custom AI or skill. Click Share all to share every one in a list.

There is one copy. Edit it in the agency workspace and every client gets the change. Client guests never see shared Custom AIs or skills.

You can also share from the Custom AI itself: open its ⋯ menu, pick Copy or move to workspace, and turn on Share with all clients.

What can't be shared

  • Purchased and marketplace Custom AIs.
  • Custom AIs set to private. Make them visible to your team first.

See what's shared into a client

In a client workspace, Settings → Agency lists everything under Shared from your agency. Shared skills show in the chat / menu.

Copy or move to one client

  • Custom AI: open its ⋯ menu and pick Copy or move to workspace. Move takes it out of this workspace. Old chats with it stay behind.
  • Skill: in Settings → Skills, open the skill's menu and pick Move to workspace.

Purchased and marketplace Custom AIs, and Custom AIs you sell in your store, can be copied but not moved.
