Add a brand

   Open Add a brand

   From your main workspace, open the switcher and click Add a brand.

   Name it and add a picture

   Type the brand's name, or type their @handle, profile link, or website under Or fill it in from their profile, click Find, and pick the right match. Eden fills in the name and picture. Click the picture to upload your own instead.

   Pick On your plan

   Brand workspace shares your credits and seats. Separate workspace starts on its own Free plan instead.

   Keep the starter boards on

   Leave Add client starter boards on. The new workspace gets Brand, Research, Ideas, and Scripts boards, and a Hook breakdown table on Research.

Past your included brand workspaces, Eden asks you to add one for $9 a month. Agency Lite tops out at 10 in total.

Already have a workspace for this brand? Open the switcher and click Add existing workspace instead. See move workspaces you already have.

Change a brand's picture or name

You don't have to switch into a brand to change how it looks.

• Switcher: open the switcher, point at a brand, and click the pencil.
• Settings: open Settings → Agency → Brands and click a brand's picture, name, or Edit.
• Phone: on Home in your main workspace, press and hold a brand under Brands, then tap Edit name and picture.

Each one opens the same box: upload a picture, change the name, or use Find to pull both from their profile or website. The new picture shows for everyone in that brand.

Set up each client

On Agency Lite and Agency, Home in your agency workspace shows Set up your agency: add a client, share your Custom AIs, invite a teammate, and invite a client guest. Home inside each client shows Set up this client: add their brand docs to the Brand board, fill the Research board, connect their social accounts, and invite the client to their board.

Switch brands

The switcher lists your Main workspace first, then Brands A to Z. Once you have more than 5 brands, a Recent list shows up too. Type in Find a brand to search, and use the arrow keys and Enter to pick.

The top of the sidebar always shows which brand you're in. Inside a brand workspace, it reads Part of your main workspace's name.

Change the shortcut

Open Settings → Shortcuts and change Switch brand.
