See usage and cap credits per client
See how many pooled credits each client used this month, and set a monthly cap so one client can't use them all.
In your agency workspace, open Settings → Agency → Usage by client. Each client shows the credits it used this month. Click Set cap to limit one.
Read the list
- Pool shows how much of your plan's credits everyone used, and how many are left.
- Each client shows credits used, a bar, and when it last used AI.
- Clients are sorted by who used the most.
- The month resets on the date shown at the top.

Click Set cap
Next to the client.

Type the credits
Type a monthly number of credits, like 1,500, and click Save.
To change it, click Edit cap. To take it off, click Edit cap, then Remove cap.
What happens at the cap
The client's AI stops and shows the out-of-credits message until your pool resets or you raise the cap. Your other clients and your agency workspace keep working. Inside a capped client, the credit count shows that client's cap, not the whole pool.
