Team includes everything in Max.

A company that never adds a client can work in its team workspace alone. An agency adds a workspace per client. It's the same plan.

Start Team

New to Eden? Click Start your Team plan on the Team page, make your account, then pay. Already have an account? Open Settings → Billing in any workspace you own and pick Team.

You choose where Team lives. Start a new team workspace, or turn the workspace you have into your team workspace.

Paying for extra seats on your current plan? They stop when you move to Team, and the unused time comes back as credit.

Book your setup call

When your Team starts, your team Home shows a Book your setup call card. Pick a time with an Eden expert. On the call we show you how to get the most out of Eden and help you bring your workflow over. The card also stays in Settings → Billing.

Join your Slack channel

When your Team starts, we open a private Slack channel for your team and email you a Slack invite.

1. Open the email from Slack and click Accept.
2. Pick where the channel goes. If your company uses Slack, add it to your company's Slack. If not, Slack sets up a free one for you.

Use a different email for Slack at work? On your team Home, find Join your private Slack channel, click Send to a different email, and send the invite there.

Team is sold on the web only. Your team still uses it in the iPhone and Android apps.

Free trial and refunds

Your first 7 days are free, once per person. You add a card to start, and you're not charged until day 8. Cancel before then in Settings → Billing and you pay nothing. During the free week you get 500 AI credits. The full 4,500 arrive with your first payment.

Not a fit after you pay? You get a full refund within 30 days. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

Max or Team?

Max is $199 a month for one person, with 3,000 credits and no brand workspaces. Need a helper or two? Add seats to Max for $15 a month each. Need a whole team, or clients? Team is the better deal.
