Move workspaces you already have onto your plan
On Agency Lite or Agency, turn workspaces you made before upgrading into brand workspaces that share your plan. Any plan they paid for on their own ends and the unused time is refunded.
In your main workspace, open Settings → Agency → Brands and click Add existing workspace. Tick the workspaces you want and click Add to your plan. They become brand workspaces that share your credits, seats, and social account slots.
Nothing inside a workspace changes. Boards, notes, chats, Custom AIs, and members all stay put.
Move one or more workspaces

Open the list
Go to Settings → Agency → Brands and click Add existing workspace. You can also click Add to plan next to a workspace under Your other workspaces, lower on the same page.

Check what happens to each one
Each row says what changes. A workspace on its own paid plan shows that the plan ends now and how much goes back to your card.

Add them
Click Add to your plan. The workspace shows under Brands right away.
Other ways in: the brand switcher at the top of your sidebar has Add existing workspace, and an arrow next to each workspace under Other workspaces. Right after you upgrade, the welcome screen offers Bring in your workspaces.
What happens to its old plan

Still on an agency free trial started before October 15, 2026? While it runs, you can move workspaces on Free. Ones with their own paid plan can move once the trial ends and your plan is set to renew.
Room and seats
- Each moved workspace uses one of your brand workspaces. When they're all in use, open the list from Settings → Agency → Brands and click Add room for $9/month.
- Anyone in the moved workspace who isn't already on your team uses a seat. Add seats in Settings → Members first if you're full.
- Only workspaces you own can be moved.
Take a workspace off your plan
In Settings → Agency → Brands, click Remove from plan on its card and confirm. It goes back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted and its members keep access. You can add it back any time.

On Agency Lite or Agency, give each client or brand a private brand workspace that shares your bill, credits, seats, and brands. 5 included on Agency Lite, 25 on Agency, more for $9/month each.
