Set up a custom link domain
Use your own subdomain, like go.yourbrand.com, for tracked links instead of edn.so.
Open Your store → Auto-DM → Automations, click Settings at the top, then Tracked link domain. Type a subdomain like go.yourbrand.com, click Connect domain, then add the DNS record Eden shows at your domain provider. Needs Pro or Max.
Connect your domain

Pick an unused subdomain
Use a new one, like go, links, or click in front of your domain. Don't use your main domain, www, or anything already in use. Your website and email stay as they are.

Enter it in Eden
In Auto-DM, click Settings, then Tracked link domain. Type the subdomain under Domain and click Connect domain.

Add the DNS record
Eden shows a Type, Name, and Value. Click the copy buttons and paste each one into a new record at your domain provider. If Eden shows two records, add both.

Wait for it to go live
Eden checks every 30 seconds, or click Check again. You can close the window. Eden emails you when it's ready.
Most domains connect in 5 to 30 minutes. Securing HTTPS takes another 1 to 10 minutes after that. Some providers take up to 48 hours.
Fill in the record at your provider

On Cloudflare, set Proxy status to DNS only (gray cloud).

For scheduled posts, turn on Track link clicks in Your store → Marketing → Links. The same domain settings show there once it's on.
- Only new links use your domain. Older edn.so links keep working.
- Each brand can have its own domain.
If something's not working

| Stuck on Waiting for DNS | Check the Name isn't doubled (go.yourbrand.com.yourbrand.com). Then wait. |
| DNS connected · Securing HTTPS | Nothing to do. It finishes in a few minutes. |
| Your provider says the name already exists | Don't delete it. Pick a different subdomain. |
Visiting just go.yourbrand.com may not show a page. Test with a full tracked link instead.
