Kajabi MCP: run your courses, offers, and emails from one chat
What Kajabi's MCP server lets an AI read and do (courses, coaching, offers, contacts, landing pages, blog posts, email drafts), the asks worth trying, and how to connect Kajabi to Eden and automate the weekly recap with a routine.
Kajabi is the all-in-one for course creators: the course, the offer, the landing page, the blog, and the email list live in one account. Its MCP server exposes all of that to an AI assistant, so one conversation can touch the offer, the page, and the email that sells it. Here is what the server reaches, the asks that pay off, and how to connect Kajabi to Eden so the chat that knows your writing can also run your course business.
Full disclosure: we make Eden. The first two sections apply to any MCP client.
What an AI can reach in Kajabi
- Courses and coaching. Your products and their structure.
- Offers. What is for sale, at which price, and what each offer unlocks.
- Contacts. Your list, with tags and purchase history.
- Landing pages and blog posts. The pages that sell and the content that ranks.
- Email drafts. Drafting broadcasts in Kajabi, ready for your review.
Because Kajabi holds the whole funnel, this is the connector where "update the offer, the page, and the email in one thread" is a real sentence.
The asks that pay for themselves
"Which Kajabi offers sold in the last 30 days, and how many each?" The revenue question, by product, without exporting.
"Who bought the course but never opened the welcome sequence?" Onboarding gaps hide inside the list. This is a filter you would otherwise build by hand.
"Draft the launch email for the new offer in my voice, using the landing page copy." With Kajabi connected inside a workspace that also holds your writing, the draft reads like you and matches the page.
"Which blog posts bring in contacts, and which offer do those contacts buy?" Content to revenue in one question.
Connecting Kajabi to Eden
- Open Settings → Connectors and click Sign in on Kajabi. Approve the access in the window that opens.
- Eden lists the tools it found. They are live in every chat in the workspace right away.
- Ask for something you already know, like the number of active offers, to confirm the right site is connected. If you run more than one Kajabi site, the one you pick during sign-in is the one Eden sees.
Kajabi's server includes tools that write (email drafts, for example). If you only want reads for now, switch those off under Settings → Connectors and turn them on when you trust the setup. Details in the connectors help article.
Put the course business on a routine
Eden's routines run a prompt on a schedule and email you the result:
- Weekly sales recap. "Every Monday at 7am, summarize Kajabi offer sales for last week versus the week before, list new contacts by source, and name the landing page that converted best."
- Onboarding watch. "Every weekday, list contacts who bought in the last 24 hours and have not started the course. Draft a short check-in for each in my voice."
- Launch countdown. "Every day during launch week, report offer sales so far, email opens on the launch sequence, and the two things to adjust today."
Each run lands in a fresh chat with the result waiting.
Kajabi with the rest of the stack
Kajabi covers the course and the list. Stripe or Whop may hold other revenue, Circle the community, Notion the plan. Connected together, one ask spans them: "did this month's launch move revenue in Stripe too, and what did the community ask about the offer?" Start with the full guide.
