Whop MCP: see membership revenue and churn from a chat

What Whop's MCP server lets an AI read (products, access passes, members, memberships, payments, payouts), the asks that pay off for a membership business, and how to connect Whop to Eden and put the churn check on a routine.

Whop publishes an MCP server, so an AI assistant can read your products, access passes, members, memberships, payments, and payouts. For a membership or community business that means the two questions you check every day, "what came in?" and "who left?", become one message instead of a dashboard tour. Here is what the server reaches, what to ask, and how to connect Whop to Eden so the answers arrive next to everything else you run.

Full disclosure: we make Eden. The first two sections apply to any MCP client.

What an AI can reach in Whop

  • Products and access passes. What you sell and which tier unlocks what.
  • Members and memberships. Who is in, on which pass, since when, and whose membership ended.
  • Payments and payouts. What came in, when, and what has been paid out to you.

Whop's tools are mostly reads, which fits a connector well: the AI reports and reasons, and you keep account changes in Whop itself.

The asks that pay for themselves

"How much did Whop bring in this week, and which tier churned?" The Monday question. The AI has payments and membership changes side by side, so the answer names the tier, not just the total.

"List members whose membership ended in the last 7 days, with how long they were in." Churn by tenure tells you whether people leave after the first month or after a year, which are two different problems.

"Who joined this week, and from which product?" Useful right after a launch or a promo to see which offer actually moved.

"Which access pass has the best retention?" Ask this once and it changes what you promote.

Connecting Whop to Eden

  1. Open Settings → Connectors and click Sign in on Whop. Approve the access in the window that opens.
  2. Eden lists the tools it found. They are live in every chat in the workspace right away.
  3. Ask for a number you already know, like last month's revenue, to confirm the right business is connected. If you run more than one Whop business, the one you pick during sign-in is the one Eden sees.

Every tool can be switched off, and the connection can be paused or removed under Settings → Connectors. Details in the connectors help article.

Put the churn check on a routine

Eden's routines run a prompt on a schedule and email you the result:

  • Daily churn check. "Every weekday at 8am, list Whop members whose membership ended in the last 24 hours, with tenure and tier. Draft a short, personal win-back note for each in my voice."
  • Weekly revenue recap. "Every Monday at 7am, summarize Whop payments for last week versus the week before, by product. List new and ended memberships. End with the one thing I should look at."

Each run lands in a fresh chat. Tell the routine to save its recap to a table and the weeks line up on their own.

Whop with the rest of the stack

Whop tells you who paid and who left. Your newsletter tells you who is still reading, and your community tells you who is still talking. Connected in the same workspace, one ask covers all three: "did the members who churned this month open the last three newsletters or post in the community?" The full guide walks through connecting the whole creator stack.
